Opening brad legs are not always easy! Specially if you are using the good quality strong brads that come with ColorWay Arts DIY kits, right? So, that's a great tool to help us in this process! Easier than using awl, your nails or any other thing, this tool will fit inside the legs and easily open them all the way. The piercing tool is more recommended to use with thin papers, not the best for thick chipboard. To make holes in thick chipboard my best option is an paper awl , click here to find it.
