This DIY cartonnage Kit comes with all cardboard you need to make your own fabric desk organizer box, as shown in the pictures. The pieces of paper (chipboard and poster board) are precut in the right sizes you need for this project. The finished box will be 10” x 6 ¼ ” x 7”. No worries about cutting paper! Fabric and other contents showed in pictures are not included.

To make the box you will need this kit, two coordinating fabrics (1/2 yard each), glue, rotary cutter, cutting board, a small paint roller with tray, paint brush and masking tape. To facilitate the process of making and to have better finishing of your project you will need cartonnage tools that you will find the int tools section of the shop.
I did not glue the inner pieces in so I love the versatility ❣️
I’m amazed at the size of this organizer. Much larger than I thought it would be. Holds a lot more than I thought. Using it for sewing products, very helpful. Easy to put together.

I prefer the PDF tutorial over the video tutorial as it is easier to scroll through for an overview of the assembly process and to follow for guidance on a particular step. This form is very helpful for those of us who have the basic knowledge of cartonnage and do not need to follow the detailed video. I watch the video instructions for a project that includes new techniques.
The PDF instructions are very easy to follow. The desk organizer was easy to assemble.
