Cartonnage is a lovely craft! You can make your own keepsake boxes, cases and much more out of paperboard, fabric and glue with this amazing craft......and your pieces will be sturdy as wood, but made with your favorite fabric!
The base of the technique is using thick chipboard, what we recommend 100 pts = 2.5mm.
This is a pack of this extra heavy chipboard - you start from the scratch and cut to make your projects.
This pack has 6 pieces 14" x 11" and 4 pieces of the 9" x 5.5". All pieces are with the grain of the papers parallel with the long edge (long grain), With this you can create a variety of cartonnage boxes, books and albums!
If you are beginner, we recommend that you start from one of many DIY kits we have available that has the pieces already pre-cut in the sizes to make the projects. Again, this option here requires that you have extra tools to cut the boards in the sizes and shapes that you want/need.
