Cartonnage is an amazing craft! With cardboard, fabric and glue you can create great fabric boxes, cases and much more.....like this unique Fabric Nativity set not sold in stores! This will be full of Joy for making and using it as part of your unique Christmas decorations will be as great as making it. If you have grandchildren the fun will be even bigger, ask their help and start getting into Christmas time!

This DIY cartonnage Kit comes WITH THE FABRIC and all cardboard you need to make your own cartonnage Nativity set, as shown in the pictures. The pieces of paper (chipboard and poster board) are precut in the right sizes you need for this project. No worries about cutting paper! The Nativity fabric IS INCLUDED, you will only need extra 1 fat quarter of a neutral fabric for the back of some pieces.

The instruction is a very clear PDF tutorial (written) with LOTS of pictures showing in details step by step to guide you through the whole process (it is not video, it's written instructions), no steps missing, no guessing! Inside the kit you will find the password and easy directions to download the instruction to your computer. 

Details of the finished project: Stable - 18" x 10" Figures - around 2" x 7" Jesus Manger - 3" x 2" x 1 1/4".     For making this Nativity set you will need this kit, the instruction, 1 neutral quilting fabric (1 fat quarter), white PVA glue (Glue All - Elmer's), scissors, rotary cutter, cutting board, a small paint roller with tray, paint brush, masking tape, ribbon (1/4" wide - 14") and a little bit of decorative excelsior or paper and small piece of fabric for the Jesus' manger.

Cartonnage tools (spatula, acrylic spacers and corner tool) will give you a better finishing of your project, and you can find them in the tools section of the shop.
