Every Cartonnage project is more than just a box! It's a piece of love, memories, and an expression of your affection. Cartonnage is a great opportunity to start using your beautiful stash of fabrics in a different way, creating an amazing fabric box and surprise your loved ones with one-of-a-kind handmade gift!
You can start from the scratch preparing all your cardboard pieces to make the box, OR (most recommended) you can start from DIY kits with all cardboard pieces already pre-cut in the sizes required.
Fabric is NOT included in the kits, you will use your favorite fat quarters!

As a proud author of "Cartonnage Basics & Beyond," I've mastered the art of fabric box making, combining the delicate texture and colors of fabric into functional arts without the need of a single stitch. The magic of cartonnage is in transforming ordinary materials into extraordinary creations, and I find the process of gluing fabric to be a deeply relaxing and fulfilling art form that allows us to create unique memorable gifts!
Teaching is where my heart truly lies - there's incredible joy in sharing cartonnage with enthusiasts, fabric/paper lovers around the globe. Through my work, I have the privilege of guiding thousands of students both locally and online and creating a community of crafters within my Cartonnage Club. As a Brazilian-American in Michigan, I continue to share my passion for crafting with the support of my loving family. Together, we celebrate the limitless possibilities that a piece of fabric, a dab of glue, and a spark of creativity can bring.
DIY kits are available in our shop! Starting from them, you will get precision, convenience and lots of more fun as you are only having fun gluing! The hardest part - cutting thick boards - are all ready for you inside the kit bag!
Fabric is not included so you will use the Quilt Fabrics - 100% cotton, but make sure you avoid plain solid color fabric!
When joining the workshop you will get a special discount code (by email) that you can use in our shop for any supplies you may need!
